Tween 20 belongs to oil-in-water emulsifier, which can be used as solubilizer, diffuser, Stabilizer, lubricant and antistatic agent. As an anti-wax agent in oil well production, it can remove the wax deposit in oil well, and as a viscosity reducer, it can reduce the viscosity of crude oil flow and improve oil well production and transportation capacity. It is used as solubilizing agent, permeating agent and dispersing agent in medicine and daily chemical industry. Because of its antirust and lubricity, tween 20 is used to prepare antirust lubricants and de-rust and de-grease trace oils.
