Description: Dextrose Monohydrate is D-glucose crystallized with a water molecule. Dextrose is glucose of vegetable origin, obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis of cornstarch (Not genetically manipulated, absence of GMO). Its sweetener power (in 10%m/m solution) is equivalent to the 75% of the sucrose.
Allergenics: The product contains none of the ingredients of the list of allergenics of the EC.
Packing and Transportation: Adopting the package of 25kg/bag with net Kraft bag and PE inner.The transportation shall be in accordance with the requirement of general chemicals.
Usage: Dextrose Monohydrate is widely used for sweetener in several products: cereals, dairy products, etc, nutritive sweetener; humectant; texturizing agent.Dextrose Monohydrate Pyrogen Free is used for IV-Solution.
