Properties: White monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. The relative density is 2.32, stable with air, and starts to lose water to form calcium hydrogen phosphate at 75℃
Uses: Used in food industry as loosening agent, dough improver, buffer, nutrient supplement, stabilizer, emulsifier, stabilizer and so on. Such as flour, cake, pastry, baking products leavening agent, compound bread modifier, fried food modifier. Also used in biscuits, milk powder, cold drinks, ice cream powder, as a nutritional supplement or quality improver.
Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, pile gently, should be isolated from toxic substances.
Packing: Lined with polyethylene plastic bag and coated with composite plastic woven bag, net weight of each bag is 25 kg.
